How long does setup take?
Most clients complete all 8 modules and are fully live in under 2 hours. The videos are short and the step-by-step guides walk you through every click.
What phone number do I use?
You get a dedicated Voltt AI phone number (local Miami area code β 305 or 786). Forward your existing business number to it, or use it as your main business number.
Can I import my existing contacts?
Yes. Go to Contacts β Import β upload a CSV file. We recommend importing past customers first so you can start getting reviews from them immediately.
What happens when someone texts back?
You get a notification. The conversation lives in your unified inbox. If AI-suggested replies are on, it will suggest a response. You can reply from your phone using the Voltt AI mobile app.
Can I add team members?
Yes. Go to Settings β Team β Add User. Pro plan includes up to 3 users. Each user gets their own login and can be assigned leads.
How do I connect my Facebook or Google ads?
Settings β Integrations β Facebook Ads or Google Ads. Connect your ad account and all form fills / lead ads will flow directly into your pipeline automatically.
Can I use my own domain for emails?
Yes. Settings β Email β Custom Domain. Add your domain and DNS records (we'll walk you through it). This improves email deliverability significantly.
How does billing work?
Your subscription renews monthly on the date you signed up. You'll receive an email receipt each month. To cancel or change plans, email support@volttai.com or go to Settings β Billing.
What if the AI sends a wrong response?
You can jump into any conversation at any time and take over. The AI pauses when you reply manually. You can also turn off AI for specific contacts or conversations.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. Search "HighLevel" or "LeadConnector" in the App Store or Google Play. Log in with your Voltt AI credentials. You'll get push notifications for every new lead and message.
How do I cancel?
Email support@volttai.com before your next billing date and we'll cancel your subscription. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees.
